07.33 Red Carpet Club, Seatac Airport, Seattle. Thanksgiving Day. In the UK, and Nagoya, this won’t mean much. Thanksgiving in the US is very much like Christmas Day in England: a mucho biggo holiday. Although yesterday was the main traveling day, with the most traveling in US history, the morning queues for security – at 05.50 – were already several hundred passengers. John collected me punctually, dropped me at the terminal & went to return the hire vehicle. He will shuttle back & we’ll fly together to Nagoya. After yesterday evening’s e-frenzy of heroic proportions, a morning e-flurry here, even with creative elements, and the inbox is at 0: the Big Zero. A considerable weight has lifted from the Travelling Gigster’s metaphorical shoulders.
