Notes
“That was Heptpaprashinokh, a key point in Gurdjieffian metaphysics and great fun to dance to...” says Boppin’ Bobby to a good supportive crowd, clearly lapping up the high octane toe-tappin’ stuff the LoG serve up in the first of two sets for the evening. The quality on this recording isn’t too bad either. There’s a especially unhinged RF solo on the mid-set version of Dislocated and the way Barry Andrews’ neatly spiky crumar organ on Minor Man dovetails with with guitar is a thing of joy. Elements for each of the four gigs in Toronto were heroically stitched into the fabric of the now-deleted 1991 CD release Thrang Thrang Gozinbulx.
