Notes
Jakko Jaksyzk will be known to some site visitors as part of the 21st Century Schizoid Band where he sang and played electric guitar alongside Mel Collins, Ian McDonald, Peter Giles, and Ian Wallace.

In 2006 he recorded a solo album, The Bruised Romantic Glee Club, that featured many ex-KC players and had contributions from Robert Fripp on the moving “When We Go Home” and this atmospheric track exploring the complex and sometimes turbulent relationship Jakko had with his recently deceased father.

As Jakko explains “Robert had provided me with a soundscape for another tune that I didn’t use for the album. As I played back his soundscape in my studio, the words and melody appeared, tapping into all the emotions I was going through in my dad’s last days.”

Fripp described the resulting album as a significant piece of work, saying "I think your work is stunning."
